How soon will I get my product?
If you take your impressions promptly after your kit arrives, your order should be completed within 6 to 10 business days. We allow 2 to 3 business days for manufacturing in our lab, and express post typically takes 1 to 3 days to reach most major cities in Australia.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Express shipping is free at every stage: the impression kit, the return of your impressions and the delivery of your product.
What's in the impression kit?
4 impression trays, 4 pink putties, 4 white putties, a cheek expander, a prepaid return label and a tips flyer.
What if I make a mistake on an impression?
Don't worry. Your kit has enough material for more than one attempt. Check it against the video guide, and contact us if you need a hand.
What if it doesn't fit?
Every custom product has a 7-day fit guarantee. Email support@mymofosmile.com with your MYMOFO ID, photos and a description, and we'll sort it out.
Can I reorder without new impressions?
Yes. We keep your digital scan on file, so you can reorder from your account or set up replacements with MYMOFO Club.
