This guard is great! Fits like a glove, impressions process was quick and easy, and most importantly it was about half the price of my previous guard from the dentist (which was subsequently chewed up by my puppy). The Mofo guard is the same great quality, and does its job preventing me from grinding my teeth away through the night. Also my dog is not allowed within 10 metres of said guard.

Overall it was a very good experience. I needed another retainer and it was all done in a week without any hassles.

I previously bought the retainer, but felt that it was very thin compared to my dentist provided splint. So then I bought the comfort hybrid night guard but feel it is a big bulky in my mind. I was wondering if theres another that is on between.

Been using my Heavy Grinder mouthguard for a few weeks. Quickly became accustomed to it. Better then my last non-heavy grind mouthguard that I wore down within a few months, clearly a lot tougher. Though this comes at a cost, it is rather bulky and takes a while to get use to. I can’t talk once its in place while with my last one I could comfortably talk. I still think the benefit of being more durable will pay off. Time will tell, but like I said I quickly became accustomed to it and it does its job well!

In regards to the prompt on how I am getting on with my product, I am really satisfied with my purchase of the night guard heavy grinder from MYMOFOSMILE. Initially, it took me a bit of time to adjust to wearing it every night, but after a week, I became familiar with it. One aspect that I appreciate about the product is the packaging. It comes with a container box that includes a mirror. This is quite useful and convenient for storing the night guard when I’m not using it. Since using the night guard, I have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. It effectively prevents me from grinding my teeth at night, allowing me to have a peaceful sleep. I have been super happy with the customer service and the guard. I had a micro crack from heavy biting, I took a picture and they confirmed they would send me a new one straight away. I noticed I was grinding a lot still and carving out grooves on the surface. So I ordered a lower jaw mouth guard using the existing imprints they had and in a week it arrived. This was a replacement order for my first mouth guard (which had just clocked 2 years old). This mouth guard seemed shallower in that the tray didn’t go all the way up the tooth but it still sat correctly on my teeth and there was no need for me to send through another mold. So far so good, easy to order and arrived relatively quickly!

I wasn’t 100% confident how well this would all work relying on mail and not doing it through visiting a dentist. But I’m so glad I gave it a shot because it went so well. I didn’t do the best job of making the impressions but MYMOFO staff dealt with it pleasantly and just sent me an extra kit so I could have another go. Any questions or concerns I had from before I ordered to during the process of making impressions they always helped me kindly and addressed them all. I’ve used my guard for a week now and I’m so surprised how well they fit me and how comfortable they are. It’s doing a great job preventing me from my teeth getting damaged from clenching/grinding.

After being diagnosed with teeth clenching overnight due to bruxism, I was fitted for a night guard by my dentist. $600 later I had something that was way too large/bulky for my small mouth which actually restricted my breathing and thus, I couldn’t wear it. Very disappointing as I am only in my 20s and have already done damage to my teeth because of bruxism and now I had nothing to protect them with. I stumbled across MOFO smile when looking for an alternative and was pleased at the low cost and online/in your home nature of the process. Took just over a month to receive the kit, do impressions, send back and receive final product. Very happy with the end result as the guard is light yet strong and fits easily and comfortably into my mouth. I have to wear a night guard as I have severe bruxism to the point where I have cracked through a molar. I have tried several different night guards, including a more expensive one made by my dentist that was so thick and uncomfortable that it pushed my jaw out of alignment and made my TMJ much worse. The MYMOFO night guard is the most comfortable one I’ve ever worn and my TMJ has been getting better since I started using it. I can’t speak to how durable it is, as I’ve only had it for a month – but it seems like great quality.

Easy, pretty quick and definitely cheaper option to getting a night guard. The only thing that is missing is the tweaking to the guard once you have it. One part of the guard could do with a bit of a shave/shape. I will take it to the dentist next time I go. I would still recommend this service.

The customer service and procedure were excellent.When i received my splint i found it to be a perfect fit and every bit as good quality as my old one. I would definately recommend MYMOFO to anyone, and the $$ saving speaks for itself.

It went cloudy after just 1 use have tried washing with hot water and vinegar to no avail. Still getting used to it – quite uncomfortable and makes me gag every time putting in and taking out 🙁

First up it’s way more colourful than the pictures show, they honestly don’t do it justice as it’s funky as heck for a night guard lol It’s a perfect fit! It’s comfortable! The impression kits are easy to do and it’s flawless. I’ve sent guards back with multiple issues with dentists and orthodontists over the years and never until now had the experience of it being perfect first go and without basically living in their office! So easy and how it should be! With 100% honesty my previous splint was over $900 "custom made" full of issues and was giving me a lot of TMJ pain again as well as tension headaches from my clenching which meant I needed a replacement. From the first night with my mofo the headache, neck tension and TMJ pain was gone. Processing wasn’t too bad either especially seeing Aussie post seem to think Perth is on the other side of the planet and we’ll covid times of course. Customer service was on point as well, any questions I had or just a status check up, I had replies quickly and always accurate, not scripted responses like many other places. For $350 do yourself the favour and do it. Enjoy sleep again without waking and spending the day in agony. I’ll definitely be back!

Took less time to arrive than I expected, fit is perfect. Morning head aches are no longer normal! But after a 2 weeks the front of the guard seems to be sticky and pealing, not sure if this normal or not.

When I first got the guard I thought it was completely wrong as it doesn’t cover the teeth from top to bottom but I soon realised that is how it is supposed to be. All my old custom guards simply weren’t thick enough for my level of grinding. The guard is comfortable and fits my teeth (both upper and lower) perfectly. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and my headaches have greatly reduced. The impressions were straight-forward and very easy to take. Yes, the process takes about 1 month from first order to delivery of final product, but it is worth it to pay less than half the cost of going through your dentist.

Since getting my night guards I haven’t had to take pain killers in the morning. No more head aches, no more jaw pain. I don’t know how I managed without a night guard before this. After I sent back my impressions I got my night guard back in a matter of days – extremely quick.

I was initially worried about ordering online and doing my own impressions instead of going to the dentist. But the process was easy! My first impressions didn’t go as planned but the mofo team we’re quick to assist and offer a new kit and advice. I’ve now had my retainers for a few weeks and they are perfect! They are comfier than my old ones previously made from my dentist and were cheaper!

The top retainer doesn’t fit properly, I informed the company via email and didn’t hear anything back.

Mymofo night guards are terrific. Don’t get put off by taking your own impressions, the process is very well explained, has a video to follow, and the team quick to answer any queries. Make sure to save their email address so the progress update messages don’t get hidden away in your spam folder. You’ll get an email at each major milestone. The mouth guards are great quality and 40% the cost at my dentist. They’re very comfortable. I found that I adapted to wearing it very quickly. I’m incredibly surprised at how my quality of sleep has improved!! Mymofo state to keep your guard away from pets on their care sheet. I can’t emphasise this though. Be certain to never leave it where your dog can reach it. Thankfully, Mymofo were able to create a replacement guard without the need for additional impressions within a fortnight of contacting them after my dog chewed my original guard to pieces. Super happy with the service and product. More than half the cost of my dentist provided night guard, and almost exactly the same, and a little more comfortable to wear. I thought I stuffed up my impression but a quick email and it was all good. The turn around time was so quick. My teeth are happy.

Lost my retainers so had to replace them asap. being from Europe and having my orthodontist in there i found it very difficult and extremely expensive to get new ones here in Australia. Fits easily when softened under warm water. Took a couple of nights getting used to. Comfortable and doesn’t rub on gums. Half the price of my previous one from the dentist and he still had to make adjustments. Mofo Smile service and communication was great and their technicians seem very good at making a comfortable fitting guard first go. If your dentist recommends a night guard, I would definitely recommend a Mofo one.

The first "heavy duty" night guard I ordered was great. Fit well, stopped the bruxism. However due to series of unfortunate events, that night guard was no longer able to be used after only two months. I ordered a second nightguard, to be made using the scans I had made previously, hoping that it would be the same as the first nightguard before the series of unpleasant events. The nightguard is not the same as the first nightguard; even the colour of the plastic is different, and the thickness of the nightguard is also different (it’s not an even cast of ~2 mm across the whole nightguard; instead, it varies between 2 mm and 6 mm, in such way that the first nightguard did not vary.) Unfortunately, this new nightguard from My MOFO is terrible. While it fits well on my upper teeth, and seemed to be fine the first night I wore it, the variable thickness (much thicker [but unevenly so] than the first "heavy duty" nightguard), causes awful pressure along my bottom teeth (which are straight! it’s not even that there is a snaggletooth), resulting in toothaches and in ability to chew or bite with that tooth, so I have had to stop wearing the new nightguard. You may be lucky; I was the first time. But you may also not be lucky, as I was the second time, only two months later.

Easy to follow process with a quick turn around once my impressions were posted back to Mymofo. My Night Guard fits very well, it’s comfortable to sleep with & less that half the price of one quoted by my dentist. So very happy with this result. Thanks.

Ordering and making moulds was easy. The video instructions are very good. However the retainer itself is really thin and flimsy, not the same quality as from the dentist. Every time I handle it I fear it will crack, it’s very thin and fragile. They recommend replacing them once a year, I don’t think it will last that long anyway. Another downside is postage time. I was expecting next day delivery and production to be a bit quicker. Not for me, next time I’ll be ordering from the dentist.

The experience was really quick and easy and the customer service was amazing and fast. My retainers don’t quite hold my teeth in the perfect position my old ones do they leave a little gap at the very bottom of my two front teeth but otherwise are super good and well fitted!

As per my dentist recommendation, I decided to get some night guard to protect my teeth from further cracks and broken tooth. The one from Mymofosmile are the third of price compared to dentist office. They are fitting perfectly, staying in place all night. I needed to do an extra set of impression with the putty because my first try was not good enough. It is included in the price and I got extra inputs from the representative to make better imprints. The whole process was quite easy (just be patient with Australia Post!). I received a mouth guard that didn’t fit well but after an email and some photos I received a brand new mouth guard that fitted my teeth perfectly. I was a bit nervous to do the impressions myself after having them done at the dentist before and it seemed like a drama. BUT I shouldn’t have worried, the instructions are super clear and the process was so smooth… I kick myself mow for ever bothering with a horrendously expensive dental version (which my dog ate… that’s a thing… watch out for those puppers!!) The fit is great from the mould however the rear of one side is a lot thicker than the other so my lower molar touches it only on one side when I sleep with my mouth closed which is slightly uncomfortable and unbalanced between the left and right side of my mouth. I am trying to figure out if i can sand off a little and polish it with very fine sand paper.

They are so well made and fitted like a glove. Was a bit worried doing the impressions of my sons teeth myself. Definitely understand now why they give you two lots. We definitely got the idea on the second try! I ordered the wrong thing and it was all fixed up with no issues.

I suffer severe bruxism from grinding teeth in sleep and have tried botox in jaw, Chiro & Physio and my next step was to get a mouth guard. The dentist was going to be so expensive so a friend recommended MOFO smile. The process was super easy, step by step with video instructions. I was surprised how quickly it arrived after doing my impressions too. My only negative is I don’t like having to warm up the guard before bed- it’s a bit of a pain especially when I’m already in bed and just want to roll over and pop the guard in. Having to get up, run the tap until hot and stand there waiting for it to soften is a bit annoying and some nights I just can’t be bothered! But the nights that I remember I definitely do notice the difference in the morning. Friends with dentist guards tell me they don’t have to warm there’s up so I wish there was a way I didn’t have to! I used my new MYMOFO night guard light for the first time last night and am VERY happy with it. I have used a night guard from a different company for a decade or so previously and this one is definitely better. Stronger and more comfortable with rounded edges for comfort which the old one never had. (I used to grind them with a dremel to get them more comfortable). I would definitely recommend this and will be a repeat customer if this one wears out ever.

This night guard has been incredible. I had cracked two teeth and was living in pain due to grinding. This guard has fixed that. It takes a little while to get used to though. I spent a week waking up and finding it in my bed somewhere. I must have been pulling it out during my sleep. But now that I’ve gotten use to it I’m so happy. My jaw is less tight and I don’t wake up in pain. And it costs a lot less than the dentist would charge. I cannot recommend enough. If you suffer from teeth grinding at night you need one of these!!

The impression materials were too wet so it was very difficult to get the impressions done (it was all sticking to my daughters mouth and her braces) and even after we managed to sort of get impressions then it didn’t harden for many many hours which meant it wasn’t the exact impression as taken as the product moved in that time. We would never recommend this and feel like we blew our money on a product that promised so much and delivered so little. We will now just buy one from the chemist

Convenient, fast, and good service. Making impressions is easy. After receiving my impressions, mymofo return my retainers in 3days. The retainers are thin and fit well.

I would definitely recommend Mymofosmile to anyone needing retainers! The process was super easy and quick. They send you the impression kit very quickly and then all you have to do is send it back in a prepaid package. They checked that my impressions were all good then sent my retainer which comes in a good quality case with a mirror. So easy! The only small complaint I’d have is that the retainer itself had some extra plastic bits hanging off the side which was a bit sharp in my mouth but easily smoothed down with some sandpaper.

I’ve had to cut it back because it was cutting into my gums super uncomfortable, it still hurts my gums when I put it in, but once it’s in it’s not to bad since cutting it back. The best part is that it doesn’t fall out. Not satisfied with the amount you pay for it to be so uncomfortable.

The impressions kit was simple and so easy to use. I had to mould the impressions first too. The videos provided are really well done and make it so much easier to do the impressions following along at the exact timings required. The process of taking photos was simple and the timely response to send my impressions was great. As a first time user and with no idea what I was doing, I completed this process easily and quickly without any help.

After a week of use my teeth have definitely adapted more. It was quite uncomfortable for the first few days. I’ve had a previous mouthguard done at the dentist that was more expensive than this which was a touch better but I’ve been really happy with this considering the cost difference. Instructions for taking impressions were easy to understand and follow. Kit arrived quickly and it was great that the impressions taken, were able to be checked for suitability prior to returning to lab.

To be honest, I was really daunted when I opened the kit and realised I had to shape the moulds and do 4 impressions. Finally decided to pull the trigger on mymofo, was going to have to fork out a lot more at the dentist. I got the thin upper and have worn it for a week. Takes a couple of days to get used to it, but now I wake up forgetting it’s on! My teeth already are relieved of the pain from grinding. Highly recommend this product. The whole process was just over a week to receive my splint.

It has been nearly a month since I received my initial kit and I have had to redo it 4 times over to no avail, I am still waiting to receive my mouthguard as there is always something wrong with the impressions and they keep trying to sell me the light mouth guard instead of the Heavy Guard I have paid for.

Quick turn around on my guard. It fits very snuggly which is important and so far seems very durable to my heavy grinding.

This process has been incredible. The kit arrived a few days after ordering. The process for creating the molds was so super easy, with very clear instructions. After sending photos through I got a quick response back to let me know that the molds were ok to send back. Was emailed to confirm they received my molds and again to let me know my nightguard was being sent out. Very quick turnaround and really impressed with the product.

I was apprehensive at first, especially with the reviews being near perfect – seemed too good to be true. I was nervous this was a scam. The emails I received from customer service were prompt, frequent and informative. Obviously you are saving money by completing the impressions yourself; this is somewhat time consuming. I appreciated the in-depth tutorials and made sure to follow them (ps expect a lot of drool). I had no issues with receiving or sending the impressions and was so happy when the guard arrived. The case is of quality, beyond what I expected; and the mirror is a nice touch. I have worn it every night since receiving. While I have not been grinding, I’m still aware I have something in my mouth/on my teeth; though I did purchase the heavy grinder which is thicker and perhaps this will take some time to adjust as it’s only been a week. Overall, so far so good!

Getting a good impression takes a little time and some care to follow the instructions but is very doable. The video with inbuilt timer is helpful for the putty step. There a few slight differences in instructions about how many photos to take vs the upload process

The impression kit was extremely easy to use. There’s a video that comes with it that shows you exactly what you need to do. I was finished making my impressions within about 20 minutes.

This is the second product I’ve purchased and I love it. They were able to use my impressions from my first order which was super convenient and the night guard is much cheaper than I would have paid for at the dentist, yet still great quality.

Works relatively well, I didn’t realise I’d have to heat the product before usage each time or it is too uncomfortable to wear, this reduces the convenience of the product especially when travelling. Even after warming the fit is a little uncomfortable and it doesn’t feel as secure as my last mouthguard from my dentist. Still want to give points for good and efficient customer service!

This guard is great! Fits like a glove, impressions process was quick and easy, and most importantly it was about half the price of my previous guard from the dentist (which was subsequently chewed up by my puppy). The Mofo guard is the same great quality, and does its job preventing me from grinding my teeth away through the night. Also my dog is not allowed within 10 metres of said guard.

Overall it was a very good experience. I needed another retainer and it was all done in a week without any hassles.

I previously bought the retainer, but felt that it was very thin compared to my dentist provided splint. So then I bought the comfort hybrid night guard but feel it is a big bulky in my mind. I was wondering if theres another that is on between.

Been using my Heavy Grinder mouthguard for a few weeks. Quickly became accustomed to it. Better then my last non-heavy grind mouthguard that I wore down within a few months, clearly a lot tougher. Though this comes at a cost, it is rather bulky and takes a while to get use to. I can’t talk once its in place while with my last one I could comfortably talk. I still think the benefit of being more durable will pay off. Time will tell, but like I said I quickly became accustomed to it and it does its job well!

This was a replacement order for my first mouth guard (which had just clocked 2 years old). This mouth guard seemed shallower in that the tray didn’t go all the way up the tooth but it still sat correctly on my teeth and there was no need for me to send through another mold. So far so good, easy to order and arrived relatively quickly!

I have to wear a night guard as I have severe bruxism to the point where I have cracked through a molar. I have tried several different night guards, including a more expensive one made by my dentist that was so thick and uncomfortable that it pushed my jaw out of alignment and made my TMJ much worse. The MYMOFO night guard is the most comfortable one I’ve ever worn and my TMJ has been getting better since I started using it. I can’t speak to how durable it is, as I’ve only had it for a month – but it seems like great quality.

I wasn’t 100% confident how well this would all work relying on mail and not doing it through visiting a dentist. But I’m so glad I gave it a shot because it went so well. I didn’t do the best job of making the impressions but MYMOFO staff dealt with it pleasantly and just sent me an extra kit so I could have another go. Any questions or concerns I had from before I ordered to during the process of making impressions they always helped me kindly and addressed them all. I’ve used my guard for a week now and I’m so surprised how well they fit me and how comfortable they are. It’s doing a great job preventing me from my teeth getting damaged from clenching/grinding.

After being diagnosed with teeth clenching overnight due to bruxism, I was fitted for a night guard by my dentist. $600 later I had something that was way too large/bulky for my small mouth which actually restricted my breathing and thus, I couldn’t wear it. Very disappointing as I am only in my 20s and have already done damage to my teeth because of bruxism and now I had nothing to protect them with. I stumbled across MOFO smile when looking for an alternative and was pleased at the low cost and online/in your home nature of the process. Took just over a month to receive the kit, do impressions, send back and receive final product. Very happy with the end result as the guard is light yet strong and fits easily and comfortably into my mouth. After a couple night’s getting used to it I actually forget it’s in my mouth overnight as it is very comfortable and the perfect fit. I was surprised at how comfortable and well the fit is. I love that you can run it under warm water which then allows you to fit it comfortably. I loved the videos to guide you through how to do the impressions are you take them. My only minor issue was that the email updates for postage were incorrect so when my guard was sent I kept getting notifications to do the impressions. Luckily customer service advised it was a system error. Don’t let that small minor put you off, I’ve found this guard more comfortable than the one I had from dentist. In hindsight I’m now glad my dog chewed up my old dentist one to make me buy this one

Quality seems quite good, time will tell!! It was a VERY tight fit at first and very difficult to take off, was beginning to think we’d have to go to the dentist to get it off 🙂 A little gentle work with a dremel has solved that and it fits very well now. Thanks

My old splint wore out after 10 yrs plus of use ( severe bruxism ). My dentist gave me a quote for a new one of $650 so i googled and found your DIY equivalent $400 cheaper. The customer service and procedure were excellent.When i received my splint i found it to be a perfect fit and every bit as good quality as my old one. I would definately recommend MYMOFO to anyone, and the $$ saving speaks for itself.

I have had splints/night guards made before, at the dentist’s office. The process is exactly the same as the one used by ‘mymofosmile’; the only difference is the cost. At a fraction of the price, you get the same professional product at ‘mymofosmile’. It really has a great fit (you have to briefly place in hot water when fitting it) and is made from a softer material than my previous ones; which makes it unintrusive in the mouth. * I have not been offered any incentives to write this review and paid the full price for the splint (I am of an age that I make my displeasure known if unhappy, since I know I should get what I paid for; equally, I feel it important to emphasise a service/product that is exemplary and this is one such service and product).

It went cloudy after just 1 use have tried washing with hot water and vinegar to no avail. Still getting used to it – quite uncomfortable and makes me gag every time putting in and taking out 🙁

First up it’s way more colourful than the pictures show, they honestly don’t do it justice as it’s funky as heck for a night guard lol It’s a perfect fit! It’s comfortable! The impression kits are easy to do and it’s flawless. I’ve sent guards back with multiple issues with dentists and orthodontists over the years and never until now had the experience of it being perfect first go and without basically living in their office! So easy and how it should be! With 100% honesty my previous splint was over $900 "custom made" full of issues and was giving me a lot of TMJ pain again as well as tension headaches from my clenching which meant I needed a replacement. From the first night with my mofo the headache, neck tension and TMJ pain was gone. Processing wasn’t too bad either especially seeing Aussie post seem to think Perth is on the other side of the planet and we’ll covid times of course. Customer service was on point as well, any questions I had or just a status check up, I had replies quickly and always accurate, not scripted responses like many other places. For $350 do yourself the favour and do it. Enjoy sleep again without waking and spending the day in agony. I’ll definitely be back!

I have only ever had ‘dentist’ made mouth guards, but the cost kept going up, so thought I would try these, and do you what…I cannot tell the difference. Factor in the time, because the whole process took a little while, but worth it.

It’s soft and very light, the customer service was fantastic it was too tight initially But they happily made some adjustments and sent me out a new one. I’m happy with my guard and the service definitely recommend these guys. Thank you

Took less time to arrive than I expected, fit is perfect. Morning head aches are no longer normal! But after a 2 weeks the front of the guard seems to be sticky and pealing, not sure if this normal or not.

When I first got the guard I thought it was completely wrong as it doesn’t cover the teeth from top to bottom but I soon realised that is how it is supposed to be. All my old custom guards simply weren’t thick enough for my level of grinding. The guard is comfortable and fits my teeth (both upper and lower) perfectly. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and my headaches have greatly reduced. The impressions were straight-forward and very easy to take. Yes, the process takes about 1 month from first order to delivery of final product, but it is worth it to pay less than half the cost of going through your dentist.

Since getting my night guards I haven’t had to take pain killers in the morning. No more head aches, no more jaw pain. I don’t know how I managed without a night guard before this. After I sent back my impressions I got my night guard back in a matter of days – extremely quick.

I was initially worried about ordering online and doing my own impressions instead of going to the dentist. But the process was easy! My first impressions didn’t go as planned but the mofo team we’re quick to assist and offer a new kit and advice. I’ve now had my retainers for a few weeks and they are perfect! They are comfier than my old ones previously made from my dentist and were cheaper!

The top retainer doesn’t fit properly, I informed the company via email and didn’t hear anything back.

Mymofo night guards are terrific. Don’t get put off by taking your own impressions, the process is very well explained, has a video to follow, and the team quick to answer any queries. Make sure to save their email address so the progress update messages don’t get hidden away in your spam folder. You’ll get an email at each major milestone. The mouth guards are great quality and 40% the cost at my dentist. They’re very comfortable. I found that I adapted to wearing it very quickly. I’m incredibly surprised at how my quality of sleep has improved!! Mymofo state to keep your guard away from pets on their care sheet. I can’t emphasise this though. Be certain to never leave it where your dog can reach it. Thankfully, Mymofo were able to create a replacement guard without the need for additional impressions within a fortnight of contacting them after my dog chewed my original guard to pieces. The customer service team are incredibly helpful!

Super happy with the service and product. More than half the cost of my dentist provided night guard, and almost exactly the same, and a little more comfortable to wear. I thought I stuffed up my impression but a quick email and it was all good. The turn around time was so quick. My teeth are happy.

Lost my retainers so had to replace them asap. being from Europe and having my orthodontist in there i found it very difficult and extremely expensive to get new ones here in Australia. With a little research I came across My Mofo Smile, it seemed to good to be truth but I said I ll give it a go anyways. I certainly was not disappointed, truth was the opposite. Very easy and smooth process of taking my own impressions. Very quick procedure and great customer service. I got my new retainers within 2/3 weeks, they fit in very well and they come in a cute little black container which has a mirror inside. Fits easily when softened under warm water. Took a couple of nights getting used to. Comfortable and doesn’t rub on gums. Half the price of my previous one from the dentist and he still had to make adjustments. Mofo Smile service and communication was great and their technicians seem very good at making a comfortable fitting guard first go. If your dentist recommends a night guard, I would definitely recommend a Mofo one.

The first "heavy duty" night guard I ordered was great. Fit well, stopped the bruxism. However due to series of unfortunate events, that night guard was no longer able to be used after only two months. I ordered a second nightguard, to be made using the scans I had made previously, hoping that it would be the same as the first nightguard before the series of unpleasant events. The nightguard is not the same as the first nightguard; even the colour of the plastic is different, and the thickness of the nightguard is also different (it’s not an even cast of ~2 mm across the whole nightguard; instead, it varies between 2 mm and 6 mm, in such way that the first nightguard did not vary.) Unfortunately, this new nightguard from My MOFO is terrible. While it fits well on my upper teeth, and seemed to be fine the first night I wore it, the variable thickness (much thicker [but unevenly so] than the first "heavy duty" nightguard), causes awful pressure along my bottom teeth (which are straight! it’s not even that there is a snaggletooth), resulting in toothaches and in ability to chew or bite with that tooth, so I have had to stop wearing the new nightguard. You may be lucky; I was the first time. But you may also not be lucky, as I was the second time, only two months later.

Easy to follow process with a quick turn around once my impressions were posted back to Mymofo. My Night Guard fits very well, it’s comfortable to sleep with & less that half the price of one quoted by my dentist. So very happy with this result. Thanks.
